Agreement and eligibility
Users must accept the final Terms and EULA before using KairoLock. Legal review must define the contracting entity, minimum age, guardian requirements, and countries where the service is offered.
The service
KairoLock is a self-directed commitment product. It is not an emergency service, medical device, parental-control guarantee, enterprise security control, or substitute for professional care.
Accounts
Users are responsible for accurate account details, safeguarding access, and actions taken through their account. One trial is available per eligible account; creating accounts to repeat a trial may be restricted.
Subscriptions
The planned offer is a 14-day free trial followed by $7.99 USD monthly or $59.99 USD annually. Taxes, trial conversion, cancellation timing, renewal terms, and required notices must match the final Paddle checkout and applicable law before activation.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse the service, interfere with its infrastructure, compromise other users, evade billing, redistribute proprietary components, or use KairoLock to restrict a device without the authorized user's informed consent.
Availability and changes
No absolute uptime or bypass-resistance guarantee is offered. Material changes, discontinuation, and notice periods require jurisdiction-specific legal review.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@kairolock.com.
Liability and disputes
Professional counsel must draft limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, governing law, dispute resolution, consumer-law savings language, and any region-specific terms. They must not be copied from another product.
