License grant
Subject to the final agreement and an active entitlement where required, KairoLock expects to grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on authorized Windows devices.
Device authority and informed use
The user must own or be authorized to administer the device and must understand the commitment and recovery behavior before enabling enforcement. KairoLock must not be deployed secretly or to control another person without lawful authority and informed consent.
Restrictions
Final terms may restrict unauthorized redistribution, resale, tampering for abuse, extraction of confidential service credentials, and interference with service integrity, while preserving mandatory rights for security research, interoperability, reverse engineering, and consumer protection where applicable.
Updates and compatibility
Supported Windows versions and update behavior will be stated in release notes. The EULA must not promise continued compatibility with every future Windows build.
Safety and recovery
The application will describe known recovery behavior and limitations. Users remain responsible for backups, device access, and avoiding commitments that could block resources needed for safety, care, work, education, or legal obligations.
